...which is ironic now that I have the new domain name. My ISP/domain host didn't inform me when the previous domain name expired; some dude in Israel picked up kimluce.com. Kind of funny in some twisted way.
I'll be leaving this site with the information from 1994-2005, but I won't be adding anything new. Work has been just too busy, and it looks like this will continue for a while. Ten years seems like a good number at which to stop, about nine years longer than I originally imagined. But I always knew this day would arrive.
Before sending the site to drydock, I have updated it with a more specific verbiage on copyrights. Just because I'm not updating the site doesn't give somebody the right to copy this site and re-post it under their name. I will aggressively pursue the full extent of legal action allowed by law against anyone who copies and re-posts files from this site without written permission. Especially the photos. I shot those; they are not public domain items, and are protected under current copyright law.
Legal implications aside, critizing somebody's website, then pilfering it, re-posting as your own and slamming the original website on your homepage is just downright rude. Didn't your mamma raise you right?
And with that said, this unofficial site is in official drydock.
